At Pollyanna Richter Weddings, we’ll meticulously tailor our pricing to match the unique requirements of your dream wedding. However, as a general guideline, we suggest allocating 10% - 15% of your budget to your full-service wedding planning and design services.
Your wedding budget is influenced by location, date & time, style, overall design, guest count, and the finer details like food & beverage selection, rentals, floral design, entertainment, stationery, and more.
Based on our experience in the Atlanta Market, a typical wedding for 100 guests has a starting budget of $75,000. It's important to note that the final cost is shaped by your selections, with some couples spending a bit less and others investing significantly more in creating their perfect day.
At Pollyanna Richter Weddings, we consider every significant element for you. With our extensive wedding planning and finance background, we'll meticulously draft an initial projection of cost, ensuring an unparalleled experience for you and your guests.
Whether you're embarking on your wedding journey with boundless financial freedom or have a predetermined budget in mind, we're here for you. We aim to plan and design your dream wedding, infusing every moment with elegant touches that elevate the experience above the ordinary.
No matter the resources available, we promise to make the best use of your budget, bringing magic and joy to your wedding day.
Your vision, your budget—let's make it extraordinary together.
In all of our wedding planning services, whether it's full planning or partial planning, day-of coordination service is included. However, please note that we do not offer day-of coordination as a standalone service. This service goes beyond a last-minute effort; it's a meticulous process requiring weeks of preparation to ensure every element of the wedding unfolds seamlessly. Contrary to its name, day-of coordination is not accomplished in a single day. We believe in a thoughtful approach to guarantee the success of your special day.

We begin by understanding your style, priorities, inspirations, venue, and the experience you want to create. From there, we develop the creative direction, including the color palette, space, textures, materials, and overall atmosphere.
02 | Design & Visualize
Your creative direction comes to life through curated design concepts and, where appropriate, advanced 3D visualization, allowing you to experience key elements of the wedding before production begins.
03 | Refine & Finalize
Together, we thoughtfully refine the design and bring the approved concept into a final Wedding Design Presentation, creating a clear creative blueprint for bringing the celebration to life.

Wedding Planner vs. Wedding Designer:
The roles of a wedding planner and a wedding designer may seem interchangeable, yet each brings a distinct set of skills to the table.
The Wedding Planner: Your Logistics Expert and Advocate
A wedding planner operates as the logistics expert and advocate for your wedding, focusing on every detail for flawless execution. Key responsibilities include:
1 - Wedding Coordination:
Crafting detailed timelines.
Manage and Liaise with vendors for smooth execution on the wedding day.
Quick thinking in troubleshooting for seamless celebrations.
Prioritize guests’ welcome, comfort, and satisfaction.
2 - Vendor Sourcing and Negotiation:
Utilizing extensive industry networks for top-tier vendor recommendations.
Negotiating contracts and aligning elements with your expectations and your best interest.
3 - Projection of Costs and Budget Management:
Creating a spending plan that allows you to make buying decisions more transparent and strategically.
Guiding efficient budget allocation and financial advocacy.
The Wedding Designer: Visual Creator
In contrast, a wedding designer is the creative force behind the visual aspects of your wedding, translating dreams into tangible, awe-inspiring realities. Their role encompasses:
Cohesive Aesthetics and Decor Experts:
Curating visual elements, including floral arrangements, tablescapes, floor plans, lighting, and more.
Working closely with couples to tailor creative concepts reflecting their unique love story and taste.
Collaborating with top-tier vendors to ensure consistent incorporation of the chosen aesthetic into every element of the wedding.
Creating mood boards and photorealistic 3D renderings to present the visuals of your dream wedding.
While wedding planners excel in the logistics and execution of your detailed wedding planning and coordination, such as vendor recommendation and management, problem-solving, and financial advocacy, wedding designers specialize in creating an artistic vision and cohesive aesthetics tailored to the couple's unique style and preferences.
Both roles are crucial for a well-executed and aesthetically pleasing wedding celebration.

We begin by understanding your wedding, venue, color palette, aesthetic preferences, priorities, and anticipated floral investment.
Before detailed floral development begins, we establish whether the scope of your vision and anticipated investment are reasonably aligned.
Once the floral scope is established, we develop the floral direction, considering seasonality, scale, placement, mechanics, vessels, candlelight, and the relationship between each floral element and its surroundings.
When Wedding Design & Visualization is also part of our work together, the floral concept develops within the broader creative direction of the celebration.
In the days leading to your wedding, our floral team prepares and artfully creates each piece before bringing the design into the wedding environment.
On the wedding day, we oversee delivery, installation, styling, and the floral details required to bring the approved vision to life. After the celebration, applicable floral elements and mechanics are removed, with flowers composted whenever possible.
Foam-Free Floral Design is one of three distinct services offered by Pollyanna Richter Weddings.
It may be paired with Wedding Design & Visualization, allowing the floral concept to develop alongside the color palette, space, lighting, tabletop, textures, and surrounding architecture.
It may also be paired with Wedding Planning, allowing our team to coordinate the broader logistics and professionals involved in the celebration.
When Planning, Design, and Florals are brought together, each develops under one creative direction, our signature approach to creating celebrations that feel cohesive from beginning to end.

Wedding floral design begins at $10,000.
Your floral investment is determined by the scale and complexity of the design, guest count, floral varieties and seasonality, installation requirements, vessels and mechanics, production labor, delivery, setup, breakdown, and other elements required to execute the approved floral vision.
Before developing a detailed floral proposal, we first discuss your priorities and anticipated investment to ensure they are reasonably aligned with the scale of the celebration you envision.
This allows us to approach the creative process thoughtfully while respecting both the design and the investment required to bring it to life.
Applicable sales tax is calculated separately as required.
If you are drawn to flowers that feel abundant, natural, artful, and thoughtfully created, I would be delighted to learn more about your celebration.
Determining a realistic floral design budget involves considering various factors, including the time of year, bloom selection, location, guest count, rentals and overall design. As a starting point, it is advisable to allocate 20%—30% of your total budget for your floral design.
Our full-service floral design includes transportation, setup/breakdown, day-of labor, rentals, and more.
When planning a wedding, it’s essential to understand the distinction between a wedding florist and a wedding floral designer.
A wedding florist typically focuses on providing fresh flowers and arranging them according to predetermined designs. Their role involves ensuring that the bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral elements are sourced and delivered on time, often relying on traditional methods and ready-made floral packages.
In contrast, a wedding floral designer goes beyond simply supplying flowers. A floral designer is a creative professional who collaborates with couples to bring their unique vision to life. They curate bespoke floral arrangements, using fresh flowers in innovative ways to transform the wedding space into a personalized work of art. With an eye for detail and design, a floral designer crafts floral installations that align with the overall aesthetic of the wedding, ensuring a cohesive and luxurious experience.
Choosing a wedding floral designer ensures your wedding florals are more than just decorations—they become a living, breathing extension of your story, thoughtfully integrated into the celebration.
