Full-Service Wedding Planning, Design & Floral Artistry

Our most comprehensive experience brings planning, design, and floral artistry together under one creative direction.

From the earliest decisions through wedding-day execution, we guide the planning process, establish priorities and budget, curate the vendor team, develop the creative direction, manage logistics and production, and oversee the wedding weekend.

Floral design is created alongside the wedding design vision so flowers, tabletop, lighting, spatial planning, color, texture, and the surrounding architecture feel intentionally connected rather than considered separately.

For couples who value a cohesive creative vision and want one trusted team guiding both the experience and its visual expression, this is the fullest expression of Pollyanna Richter Weddings.

For the Signature Experience, floral design is created in-house, allowing the visual concept to remain cohesive from its earliest development through installation.

There may be occasions when an outside floral artist is appropriate because of location, creative specialty, or the particular needs of a celebration. When that happens, floral partners are thoughtfully considered and collaborate within the established design direction.

This allows us to remain flexible when it serves the wedding while protecting the integrity of the overall vision.

From there, we create a tailored scope of support to guide the remaining planning, design, logistics, and wedding-day execution.

Sustainable Floral Design

Floral design is available for select weddings independently of our planning services.

Our approach considers the complete floral story, from personal flowers and ceremony designs to tablescapes and reception installations, with attention to seasonality, movement, scale, color, architecture, and the surrounding environment.

Each design is created using our signature foam-free approach and thoughtful sustainable practices, without compromising beauty or sophistication.

Every wedding is different, and the relationship between your vision, guest count, venue, priorities, and investment matters.

We believe that conversation should happen early.

Before extensive creative development begins, we establish whether the scope you are envisioning and the investment you are comfortable making are reasonably aligned.

This protects your time and ours, and allows the design process to begin from a place of clarity rather than creating beautiful ideas that ultimately cannot be produced.

Wedding Planning & Design

Full-service planning and design begins at $8,000.

Partial planning is tailored according to the stage of planning, complexity of the celebration, and level of professional support still required.

Wedding Floral Design

Our full-service floral design experience begins at $10,000.

The final floral investment is influenced by guest count, seasonality, flower selections, scale, installations, production requirements, and the overall design.

Our role is to help you spend thoughtfully, understand where your investment will have the greatest impact, and make informed decisions that protect your priorities.

 How the Process Begins

01 | Tell Me About Your Wedding

Begin by sharing a few details about your celebration.

We will ask about your wedding date, venue or location, estimated guest count, the services you are considering, your anticipated overall wedding investment, and what you are envisioning.

You don’t need to know precisely what your wedding should cost. Providing an investment range simply helps us understand the scope you are considering and makes our first conversation more meaningful.

02 | I Personally Review Your Inquiry

I review each inquiry to understand your celebration and determine whether your date, needs, and anticipated investment appear to align with our services.

If they do, I will personally invite you to schedule a private consultation.

03 | We Talk About Your Vision and Priorities

Our consultation gives us an opportunity to discuss your wedding in greater detail, including your priorities, inspiration, planning progress, anticipated investment, and the level of support you may need.

It is also an opportunity for us to get to know one another.

Planning a wedding is a close working relationship, and the right fit matters on both sides.

04 | We Establish Investment Alignment

Before detailed design work begins, we establish a preliminary investment range based on the scope and visual direction we have discussed.

For floral design, this means you will understand the anticipated level of investment before we begin developing a detailed floral concept.

If that range feels comfortable, we can move forward with confidence.

05 | We Formalize Our Partnership

Once the scope and investment feel right, we take care of the paperwork and applicable retainer.

Detailed planning and creative development begin after you have formally engaged Pollyanna Richter Weddings.

For floral-only celebrations requiring extensive creative development, a design retainer may apply and will be credited toward the contracted floral design when you move forward.

06 | The Design Comes to Life

Once engaged, we move beyond inspiration into detailed development.

This is where concepts are refined, vendors collaborate, floral designs are developed, visual decisions are made, and the many layers of the celebration begin to take shape.

You are no longer asking, “How do we make all of this happen?”

That becomes our responsibility.
