Couples with either full-time jobs or other severe constraints on time usually prefer the full service wedding planning & design. This full service allows couples to continue their lives without major interruptions.  All while having their wedding planned paralleled to their routines by a professional wedding planner.  

This is your day, and you're entitled to do only what you want and nothing else. Still, what you want is perfection. You want the personal touches that make the day about you as a couple. You want the decor to tell your story and the ceremony to honor your commitment.

So, it's time to get the planning & Design starting. Below the wedding planning services offered:  

 

Design Phase

  • Schedule design consultations, and fill out questionnaires to materialize your wedding day vision.
  • Assist with current styles and trends that will fit into your uniquely-yours love story.
  • Create a personalized vision board for your wedding ceremony and reception (your style, theme, color palette, family traditions, culture, type of flowers, etc.).  
  • Have your approval on the vision board.   

 

Planning Phase

  • Provide access to our cloud-based Wedding Planning Tool - The Aisle Planner - Full access to our list of prefered vendors, wedding planning checklist, vision board, budget, guest list, seating charts, timeline, etc.). 
  • Assist with the selection of all wedding vendors (venue, officiant, caterers, entertainment, transportation, rentals, floral designer, etc.). *Negotiate the best prices, and be the point of contact.
  • Assemble a team of talented wedding vendors who are experienced with a reliable track record and five-star customer reviews.
  • Schedule vendor appointments and attend all meeting with you or representing you as a couple.
  • Review vendor contracts and understand your rights and obligations.
  • Manage vendor payments and due dates
  • Manage the wedding budget (actual vs estimate), and keep the budget up to date and on track.
  • Provide ongoing wedding etiquette advice.
  • Manage your RSVP list, if desired.
  • Accommodate out of town guests and negotiate special hotel rate for them.
  • Assist in selection of music, photography, and videography list.
  • Coordinate the rehearsal dinner - Up to 5 hours
  • Develop detailed wedding day schedule.
  • Create your website and keep it updated with wedding information.
  • Unlimited communication by telephone and emails. (See Studio's policies about hours of operation).
  • Undivided attention to you on your wedding weekend.

 

Day-of Coordination - Ceremony and Reception

  • Assist photographer with pre-ceremony photos.
  • Distribute and pin on flowers, boutonnieres.
  • Confirm instructions to best man and maid/matron of honor.
  • Coordinate with officiant, musicians, DJ on timing.
  • Organize processional line-up.
  • Confirm payments/tips to ceremony and reception vendors.
  • Direct guests to reception location.
  • Direct/assist wedding party and family for post-ceremony pictures.
  • Place favors, table numbers/names, menu cards, and place cards on table(s).
  • Arrange gifts on gift table.
  • Check band/DJ setup.
  • Check cake table for setup.
  • Line up bride/groom and bridal party for announcements.
  • Cue bride/groom/best man/maid of honor/parents for welcome, first dance, toast and cake cutting, bouquet toss, other dances, and garter toss (if applicable).
  • Pack up all personal items and arrange to be taken from reception from a designated person.
