Your Wedding Design
A Creative Blueprint for the Celebration
Your wedding design becomes the creative foundation that guides the visual decisions and creative partners involved in bringing the celebration to life.
Depending on the scope of your wedding, the design may encompass the overall creative direction, color palette, visual inspiration, space and floor-plan direction, ceremony and reception concepts, tablescape, lighting, rentals and materials, floral direction, and other meaningful visual details.
These elements are brought together into a polished Wedding Design Presentation, creating a clear and cohesive reference for the approved creative direction.
This is where inspiration becomes something tangible, intentional, and ready to move toward production.
Design & Visualization
See the Vision Before the Wedding Day
One of the greatest challenges in wedding design is imagining how individual selections will ultimately come together within a space.
For selected designs, we use advanced 3D visualization to bring key elements of the concept into view before the wedding day.
Visualization can help us explore scale, layout, color relationships, tablescapes, floral elements, lighting, and the overall atmosphere before final production decisions are made.
It is not a substitute for the creative process. It is an extension of it.
By seeing the design in context, we can evaluate important decisions, refine the details, communicate the vision more clearly to creative partners, and give you greater confidence in what we are creating together.
From Concept to Creation
01 | Discover & Define
We begin by understanding your style, priorities, inspirations, venue, and the experience you want to create. From there, we develop the creative direction, including the color palette, space, textures, materials, and overall atmosphere.
02 | Design & Visualize
Your creative direction comes to life through curated design concepts and, where appropriate, advanced 3D visualization, allowing you to experience key elements of the wedding before production begins.
03 | Refine & Finalize
Together, we thoughtfully refine the design and bring the approved concept into a final Wedding Design Presentation, creating a clear creative blueprint for bringing the celebration to life.
Design With the Freedom to Choose
Wedding Design & Visualization is a professional creative service with value independent of planning or floral production.
Once your design is complete, it can guide the creative partners involved in producing your wedding, whether Pollyanna Richter Weddings is engaged for those additional services or you have assembled another professional team.
When another planner, floral designer, or creative partner is responsible for production, the final interpretation and execution of the design remain with those professionals.
For couples who choose to continue with Pollyanna Richter Weddings, the transition from concept to production becomes even more integrated.
Part of a Complete Creative Vision
Wedding Design & Visualization is one of three distinct services offered by Pollyanna Richter Weddings.
It may be paired with Wedding Planning, allowing us to manage the professionals, logistics, and production required to bring the approved design to life.
It may also be paired with our Foam-Free Floral Design, allowing us to personally develop and produce the floral artistry within the broader creative vision.
When Planning, Design, and Florals are brought together, each develops under one creative direction, our signature approach to creating celebrations that feel cohesive from beginning to end.

The Investment
Wedding Design & Visualization
Wedding Design & Visualization begins at $4,000.
Each engagement is tailored to the scale and creative complexity of the celebration, including the number of spaces being designed and the level of creative development and visualization required.
Advanced 3D visualization is incorporated where it provides meaningful value to the design process. More extensive visualization, additional environments, or significant changes in creative direction may require an expanded scope.
Before detailed creative development begins, we first establish the scope of the design and ensure that the anticipated production investment is reasonably aligned with the celebration you envision.
This allows us to begin the creative process with clarity and develop a design that can be beautifully and realistically brought to life.
Tell Me What You Are Envisioning
If you are looking for a wedding that feels personal, thoughtful, and visually cohesive, I would be delighted to learn what you are imagining.
You do not need to arrive with a fully developed vision. Discovering and defining it together is part of the design process.

Wedding Planner vs. Wedding Designer:
The roles of a wedding planner and a wedding designer may seem interchangeable, yet each brings a distinct set of skills to the table.
The Wedding Planner: Your Logistics Expert and Advocate
A wedding planner operates as the logistics expert and advocate for your wedding, focusing on every detail for flawless execution. Key responsibilities include:
1 - Wedding Coordination:
Crafting detailed timelines.
Manage and Liaise with vendors for smooth execution on the wedding day.
Quick thinking in troubleshooting for seamless celebrations.
Prioritize guests’ welcome, comfort, and satisfaction.
2 - Vendor Sourcing and Negotiation:
Utilizing extensive industry networks for top-tier vendor recommendations.
Negotiating contracts and aligning elements with your expectations and your best interest.
3 - Projection of Costs and Budget Management:
Creating a spending plan that allows you to make buying decisions more transparent and strategically.
Guiding efficient budget allocation and financial advocacy.
The Wedding Designer: Visual Creator
In contrast, a wedding designer is the creative force behind the visual aspects of your wedding, translating dreams into tangible, awe-inspiring realities. Their role encompasses:
Cohesive Aesthetics and Decor Experts:
Curating visual elements, including floral arrangements, tablescapes, floor plans, lighting, and more.
Working closely with couples to tailor creative concepts reflecting their unique love story and taste.
Collaborating with top-tier vendors to ensure consistent incorporation of the chosen aesthetic into every element of the wedding.
Creating mood boards and photorealistic 3D renderings to present the visuals of your dream wedding.
While wedding planners excel in the logistics and execution of your detailed wedding planning and coordination, such as vendor recommendation and management, problem-solving, and financial advocacy, wedding designers specialize in creating an artistic vision and cohesive aesthetics tailored to the couple's unique style and preferences.
Both roles are crucial for a well-executed and aesthetically pleasing wedding celebration.
