Our floral aesthetic draws inspiration from nature itself.
Rather than forcing flowers into rigid forms, we embrace movement, variation, and the individual character of each bloom. The result feels as though the flowers could have been gathered from a beautiful garden and composed with an artist's eye.
From delicate personal flowers to abundant tablescapes and large-scale installations, every floral element is considered in relationship to the space, season, color palette, and atmosphere of the celebration.

Foam-Free by Design
Sustainability is not something we add after the design is complete. It influences how we create from the beginning.
Our floral designs are created without traditional floral foam, using reusable mechanics and more thoughtful production methods whenever possible.
We thoughtfully source seasonal and specialty flowers and foliage, considering quality, availability, longevity, and the needs of each design.
After the celebration, we compost flowers that cannot be repurposed whenever possible, allowing organic material to return naturally to the earth rather than simply becoming waste.
For us, sustainability and luxury are not opposing ideas. We believe beautiful design can honor both.

We do not begin with a predetermined list of flowers.
Instead, blooms are selected according to the creative direction, color palette, season, availability, movement, texture, and the character each flower contributes to the composition.
A particular variety may inspire the design, but nature ultimately determines what is at its most beautiful at any given moment.
This approach gives us the freedom to work with exceptional seasonal ingredients while protecting the integrity of the overall floral vision.

Your floral design may include personal flowers, ceremony arrangements, reception centerpieces, statement pieces, large-scale installations, candlelight, and other floral moments throughout the celebration.
Rather than treating each arrangement as an individual product, we consider how the floral elements relate to one another and to the environment surrounding them.

From Floral Concept to Installation
01 | Discover & Define
We begin by understanding your wedding, venue, color palette, aesthetic preferences, priorities, and anticipated floral investment.
Before detailed floral development begins, we establish whether the scope of your vision and anticipated investment are reasonably aligned.
02 | Develop & Refine
Once the floral scope is established, we develop the floral direction, considering seasonality, scale, placement, mechanics, vessels, candlelight, and the relationship between each floral element and its surroundings.
When Wedding Design & Visualization is also part of our work together, the floral concept develops within the broader creative direction of the celebration.
03 | Create & Install
In the days leading to your wedding, our floral team prepares and artfully creates each piece before bringing the design into the wedding environment.
On the wedding day, we oversee delivery, installation, styling, and the floral details required to bring the approved vision to life. After the celebration, applicable floral elements and mechanics are removed, with flowers composted whenever possible.

Foam-Free Floral Design is one of three distinct services offered by Pollyanna Richter Weddings.
It may be paired with Wedding Design & Visualization, allowing the floral concept to develop alongside the color palette, space, lighting, tabletop, textures, and surrounding architecture.
It may also be paired with Wedding Planning, allowing our team to coordinate the broader logistics and professionals involved in the celebration.
When Planning, Design, and Florals are brought together, each develops under one creative direction, our signature approach to creating celebrations that feel cohesive from beginning to end.
The Investment
Wedding Floral Design
Wedding floral design begins at $10,000.
Your floral investment is determined by the scale and complexity of the design, guest count, floral varieties and seasonality, installation requirements, vessels and mechanics, production labor, delivery, setup, breakdown, and other elements required to execute the approved floral vision.
Before developing a detailed floral proposal, we first discuss your priorities and anticipated investment to ensure they are reasonably aligned with the scale of the celebration you envision.
This allows us to approach the creative process thoughtfully while respecting both the design and the investment required to bring it to life.
Applicable sales tax is calculated separately as required.
